While full-fibre broadband is the long-term solution for high-performance connectivity, many areas of the UK still rely on copper-based broadband infrastructure. Bogons can provide broadband services using wholesale access networks where fibre services are not yet available.

These services provide a practical connectivity option for homes and businesses while fibre networks continue to expand.

Available services

FTTC broadband

Fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) services using VDSL technology are widely available across the UK and can provide significantly higher speeds than traditional ADSL connections.

ADSL broadband

In areas where FTTC is not available, ADSL services can provide basic broadband connectivity using existing telephone line infrastructure.

Wholesale fibre services

Where Openreach or other infrastructure providers have deployed fibre access networks, we can supply services over those networks where appropriate.

Wholesale infrastructure

These broadband services are delivered using wholesale infrastructure provided by national network operators. This allows us to supply connectivity across a large part of the UK while continuing to focus our own infrastructure investments on fibre deployments and network engineering services.

Where possible we will always recommend full-fibre connectivity, but wholesale broadband services remain a useful option where fibre is not yet available.

Engineering-led connectivity

Bogons broadband services benefit from the same network engineering expertise that underpins our other connectivity offerings. We focus on providing reliable service, clear technical advice and practical solutions suited to each location.

If fibre becomes available in your area in the future, we can also assist with upgrading your connectivity.
